About

Hi, I’m Caroline [last name].

I coach people who are done shrinking themselves to keep the peace.

My story

Placeholder: two or three short paragraphs in Caroline’s own voice. What brought her to this work — the personal turning point, what she learned, and why she chose coaching rather than another path. This is the single most-read section on a coaching site, so it should sound like her talking, not like marketing copy.

Placeholder: what she believes about people and change. One clear point of view, stated plainly. For example, a belief about capability, self-trust, or the difference between coping and building.

Placeholder: a line about life outside of work — where she lives, family, what restores her. One or two sentences. It builds trust.

Approach

What sessions actually feel like

Warm, not soft

You will be genuinely heard — and also asked the question you have been avoiding. Support and honesty are not opposites here.

Practical and specific

Every session ends with something concrete: a script, a boundary, a decision, or a next step small enough to actually do.

You set the agenda

No prescribed curriculum imposed on your life. We work on what is loudest for you right now, and revisit goals as they shift.

Training and credentials

  • Certification or training program name, credentialing body, year
  • Degree or relevant education, if applicable
  • Additional training — trauma-informed coaching, somatic work, DEI, etc.
  • Professional memberships, e.g. ICF

Only list credentials Caroline actually holds, and describe them exactly as the issuing organization does. If she is not a licensed clinician, avoid titles like therapist, counselor, or clinician anywhere on the site.

Who I work best with

  • Adults 18+ who are ready to do the work between sessions.
  • People navigating a transition — a breakup, a move, a career change, an empty nest.
  • Chronic over-givers learning that boundaries are a skill, not a betrayal.
  • Anyone rebuilding self-trust after a hard season.

When coaching is not the right fit

If you are in active crisis, need treatment for a mental health or substance use condition, or are looking for a diagnosis, therapy or clinical care is the right starting point. Caroline is glad to help you find a referral.

Let’s see if we are a good match.

The free consult exists for exactly this. Thirty minutes, no obligation.

Important: coaching is not therapy

Coaching supports you in setting goals, building skills, and moving forward. It is not psychotherapy, counseling, or mental health treatment, and Caroline does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions. If you are working with a therapist or prescriber, coaching can run alongside that care — it does not replace it.

If you are in crisis, thinking about harming yourself, or need immediate support, call or text 988 to reach the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, or call 911. You can also text HOME to 741741 to reach the Crisis Text Line.
